Ability to create lists by employment details

It would be great to have list of constituents by their employment details, in particular to see all constituents working for a particular company; or industry;  or all constituents with a particular job title

    PLEASE!!! This would be SO helpful, especially when trying to look at prospects who live AND/OR work in a certain location. The map tool is so great for this, but only home addresses make it much less powerful.
