Flag constituent as Retired

It would be great to have a flag, potentially in the Constituent summary tile, that we could flag a constituent as Retired. I know I could create a custom field, but then people have to search for that data point. Something like this would logically show where the Primary employment shows if they have a business connected.

    It would be great to have this option "Tick box on the business relationship for retired". This will also allow to be able to search on the latest position a constituent hold before retiring.

    I, too, would appreciate a consistent way to record this on a constituent's record. I've seen relationship/reciprocal include this in the data tables and people simply type "retired" in the position field. Having a box to check off would make this consistently easier to search and query on.
