Event Management Lists

When viewing events in RENXT, please make a way to list all invited, responded, attended, etc.

We want our solicitors to be able to see at a glance how their invitees are responding to their invitations.

Right now, they can only see the responses by going into each record, going down to events, and seeing a general response one at a time.

**They cannot see details about the event at all.**

Also when we attach itineraries or give specific instructions about a donor’s transportation or hotel, our solicitors cannot see it.

Fixes in these areas would be very beneficial!

Thanks for all your help!!

Has there been any movement on these ideas?

Also being able to see the ticket/unit purchased would be AMAZING for us.

We need to be able to see the participation and status fields that are located on the participant General Tab. This is where we keep track of things like VIP reception, Book Recipient etc.

Courtney, we would love to see which ticket was purchased/unit assigned, and how many of each have been registered! This is not possible in the database at all without going into a participant export and pivot table, but we may RSVP someone for 2 out of 3 things. Big gala event with pre-event cocktails, dinner, and party - someone may RSVP for cocktails and dinner but not the party, or only cocktails, etc. We really need to be able to see this in an NXT list so we can plan ahead and ALSO use the list for check-in at the event.

We would love to hear more from you! What information from your events is key for improving the effectiveness of your lists and segmentation?
