Ability to reposition, resize, and/or crop profile pictures
Similar to adding profile pictures in LinkedIn, right now we have to do cropping before importing a picture.

Yes this would be helpful. We also need some type of template so we can position a photo where there whole face will show up in the circle. I guess being able to reposition photos would help with this.
