Our major gifts team will often meet with a donor about two distinct opportunities in one meeting. For example, the donor might have a proposal for a planned gift and another proposal for an event sponsorship. It would be helpful if they could write one action summarizing the meeting and have it linked to both proposals, since both opportunities were discussed at once.
Same occurs with Organizational funders, like a foundation. We may have multiple grants with different timelines and purposes at a given time. When we meet with them, we won't just talk about one of the grants. The options now are to have duplicate actions (it is one meeting though!) or have duplicate actions for one meeting or only put actions on one of the opportunities. None of these options are ideal.
