Add giving by state or region to Analyze

Our CEO used a Demographic and Statistical Report in RE7 to easily pull giving by state.  We have a national presence and the board wants to see how we are doing in each state or region.  We often have to report on state-by-state giving for grants as well.

    It seems this whole RE NXT experiment is leaving things out from Database View that we use as opposed to adding those and even making it more robust.

    We have this in Database View and it's very useful. Please implement this for Web View.

    And an Address Processing option so orgs can select which address to use for the reports (living right near 2 state borders, many times a donor will have a business address in one state but home address in another; the business address marked Preferred but the home address should be the one used for the reports.
