When creating a new Opportunity, there is no provision for adding attachments at the same time.  One has to create the Opportunity, and then go back and OPEN the Opportunity in full detail in order to add attachments.  Neither can attachments be added when EDITING an opportunity.  You have to open the full Opportunity record in order to add any attachments.  This is very inefficient.
