Ability to Add Attahcments to Already Exsiting Actions

It seems Crazy that we can add attachments when we create an action but cannot add an attachment when we edit an already existing action. Please add this feature.

      This already exists. Instead of clicking "Edit action", just open the Action Record and find the Attachments tile.
