Ability to Add an Attachment by Editing an Action

When adding a new Action, one can add Attachments.  However, if return to a previously saved Action (whether or not completed) the Attachments section does not appear and no way to add one.

    YES. This is important particularly for emails. I am using the NXT plug in to add an action from a sent email in Outlook, but it does not automatically attach the attachment (with the email) into the action. I went back to edit the action and add it, but that option is not there.
