We added a photo of the wrong person in the NXT constituent profile photo. I am unable to delete the incorrect photo and I have no photo to replace it.
We have just been discussing this. If we can't find an up to date photo of someone we use a male/female silhouette (attached). This is how we would get around the 'deletion' of the wrong image or removal of image if it is requested. Might be a good solution until Blackbaud make the changes.
When I entered a photo that was the wrong person (and also discovered that it couldn't be deleted), I found another constituent who had the same initials (without a photo). Then I copied/saved their circle with the initials and replaced the incorrect photo with it. It now looks like it originally did before I entered the incorrect photo. I know that's not a solution, but it might be a temporary fix until they can update the system to allow you to delete photos.
Nancy, you might try replacing it with your own logo. We have an icon version (just the graphic from our full logo) that I've used as the profile pic for our dummy/test records. At least until you have the option to delete the incorrect photo and go back to the empty silhouette.
