Ability to see history of changes on constituent record

Currently we can only see who LAST changed a record, not what they changed about it.  It would be great to have a viewable history for every record showing who changed what and when.

    The way things are heading, in the future this may also become a legal requirement relevant to privacy legislation.

    Yes!! To be able to see LIST of  records filtered bu "Last Changed By" would be really helpful also. There is no way to audit the work of someone in RE NXT - especially to audit the number of attachments they have uploaded daily or weekly.
