Allow membership full modification functions into NXT Merged

This includes updating status to dropped, and lapsed manually, as well as transferring /merging memberships upon the instance of a death.

    Hi Philippa - Can you provide more details on the functionality you are proposing?

    We will be bringing in the ability to drop, upgrade, downgrade, renew, and rejoin memberships into RENXT in the near future, as part of this idea: https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-8655

    And there is a separate idea for merging memberships in this idea (which has slightly higher votes): https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-8706

    I want to make sure this idea is separate and distinct from those, or if it should be merged with another idea. Let me know! Happy to update the idea title & description for you as well.
