In general, navigation is not optimal, and a bit frustrating. Not impressed with Blackbaud on this one.
Some examples:
When viewing specific event details, you must go back to left navigation, open the events dropdown, and and click "overview" (which is the only option under events and seems pointless), to see the full list of events. Wouldn't back arrows be easier/quicker/less disruptive?
After you commit a batch, the screen just stays on the committed batch--no back arrow to the list of batches to approve, no automatic redirect to the list of batches to approve. Once again you have to go though clicking dropdowns, then selecting items under dropdowns to get back to where you started. This must be fixed for efficiency. ONCE A BATCH IS COMMITTED, SCREEN SHOULD REDIRECT TO THE UNCOMMITTED BATCHES LIST.
