Agreed. Some of the system default tags don't make sense for our org. However, the concept of tags is a great idea! We would love to be able to create our own. For example: I would love a tag that prompts a fundraisers/relationship officer to follow up on a scheduled basis with constituents with certain constituent codes. We have people who write our organization into their estate planning (which we track with constituent codes). We want to continue investing in that relationship over time. Having a tag to contact them every year/quarter/whatever would be great.
