For credit card reconciliation purposes and audit reports, our queries use the Credit Card Type field from the gift tab to differentiate these transactions from other types of gifts. Since Just Giving doesn't populate these fields like Online Express or the Add Gift Form does, we have to manually key info in whenever we receive a gift from Just Giving. This is extremely time consuming and open to user errors. It would be extremely helpful if somewhere in the process when the gift was made if Just Giving could simply capture the card type and cardholder name and transfer that the RENXT when the batch is approved from the Gift Management section. All we have to go on is the Reference field that Just Giving pulls in which doesn't reflect ANY credit card specific info.
