To compete with the other email marketing solutions providers, I think Blackbaud needs to add more features to their email communication platform. Currently, it is less customer-friendly and does not allow attachments of documents. It would be a great value to add that feature. As of now, we cannot drop Constant Contact yet because it offers more features and is much more customer friendly.
