Create email drop feature

Instead of using 'blackbaud for gmail or outlook', create a drop email address which (when bcc'd) would automatically add the email contact report to the NXT profile as an action (based on the email address it was sent to - so no need to search for the constituent).

This would save SO MUCH TIME adding contact reports.

    Yes please - this feature is one that our leadership really has a hard time not believing this doesn't exist. They are used to smaller systems that can make this happen. Critical to our working efficiently - working smarter not harder. There are several ideas that basically say the same thing. Many have voting open - new one was just added the other day.
