Deceased indicator should be shut down for certain security groups.

When doing batch gifts in the Web View there needs to be an option to add IMO/OHO gifts. I work for a healthcare foundaiton and most all our gifts are given IMO/IHO. Sicne this fucntion is not available I can not use the batch add gifts in the Web View.
