It seems like the NXT Gmail Plugin adds the completed date in the Action, but it doesn't mark the status as completed. Consider adding Completed.1

Need a "State" column in search result lists please!

Phone Type when creating Action

Add refresh time to the emailed reports from analyze dashboard
The analyze refreshes at a minimum of every 6 hours but reports are delivered as requested (time choice). It would be helpful to know the time of the last refresh on the reports that are scheduled to email.0
