When setting up a multi-installment pledge, please provide all of the frequency options that are currently available in Database View. Every year we set up many Faculty/Staff payroll deduction pledges which get paid semi-monthly (which is not the same as every two weeks!), and we often get pledges with semi-annual installments requested. Please make Web View better than DBV, not worse!

On non-constituents, stop requiring Addressee and Salutation
By definition, we are not going to mail any letters to these people. If we wanted to send them letters, we would make them constituents. It is annoying that we have to enter an Addressee and Salutation for each non-constituent we enter. -
