We need the ability to view the Position and Notes fields directly within relationship records in NXT, and at a minimum, display the Position field on the Relationships tile.
These fields often contain critical context that helps users determine the most appropriate contact to engage. For example, the Position field may identify a person's role within an organization or specify a donor-advised fund (DAF) account name associated with a DAF sponsor relationship.
Notes can provide additional details that help users understand the relationship without having to navigate elsewhere in the database.
Making this information visible within NXT relationships would improve efficiency, reduce the need for additional research, and allow staff to make more informed outreach decisions. Right now, the position and notes field can only be viewed in NXT if you click to edit the specific relationship record. Or we have to switch to Database view to see them.
Agreed with Rachel. It is not practical to create individual attributes for every piece of information relating to a constituent. As such, we typically rely on the Notes section to capture this type of information.
While I am able to enter the data through Database View, users are currently unable to view this information in Unified View.
