Add "Industry" and make available as filter in Constituent Lists.
We can filter by Primary Employment: Industry, but that only returns INDIVIDUALS whose primary employment is in the selected industry. We need to be able to filter for ORGANIZATIONS with the selected industry.

I also use profession as well as industry alot on DBV to segment constituents, it's basic of any CRM. Job title and industry alone are not enough to fine tune segmentation.
Agreed. This is a very useful field! We need to be able to segment Individuals AND organisations by their industry.
This would be helpful to be able to use the fields as designed in RE, instead of having to add custom fields or constituent codes to duplicate data already stored in RE. It is really frustrating that Blackbaud seems to have abandoned fields, thinking we don't have a use for them.
