Add Deceased checkbox to Online Data Review for Tribute Honorees
When processing Online Data Review for Tribute Honorees, we need the ability to mark as deceased. Tribute Honorees are obviously deceased when they are given "in memory of". We need the ability on that screen to mark as deceased.2 Reviewed: Voting Open
