Tribute management added to RE NXT web view

Allow Batch ID to show on RENXT Side
To allow RENXT users to see what FE users can see when Batch ID numbers are made. This way, when looking up a gift in web/database view, you can see Gift Number, Batch Number, and the Batch ID that is created for Financial Edge's journal entries.0

Auto populate GL Post date with BBMS disbursement date
it would be a small but helpful time saver if the GL Post Date would simply be automatically populated with the date from the disbursement calendar, rather than me having to take the time to decipher the calendar.1

We want all gifts to have an Appeal code. Marking this field as Required in the database view does not make this field required in web view. Making this required should carry over to web view.0
