Associating an Action with a contact
Right now, you cannot associate an organization's actions with a contact. This is something pertinent for our C&F team to be able to use NXT5 Already exists

Workflow should be dynamic
Good start to Workflow, but fairly limited. IDEA -- once a donor reaches a total giving milestone (i.e. $100,000) an action for a personal phone call would be generated. Currently, it is a static list and cannot be done without re-running a query ...1 Already exists

I assign action to our team, it would be nice to be able to integrate the action into their outlook calendar instead of my own (can't see how this is possible)
This would be helpful to my team members, as it would save a great deal of time for them. As the Gift Processing Specialist here at Fanshawe College I assign actions to team members when pledge payments are due, gift agreements are expiring, etc. ...4 Already exists

Not all Actions in Database showing on NXT
If staff person (NXT User) is not the Solicitor for that Constituent, the Action won't show on their Nxt Work Centre page. It will only show in Database. Not helpful if they are primarily working from their mobile phone and wanting to make sure th...1 Already exists

"Work with Actions" hyperlink to view all actions for a constituent in a single screen
The "Giving History" tile gives me the option to "Work with Gifts" and opens a separate window with all gifts for easier viewing. I'd love to see a "Work with Actions" link that opens a window to view all actions - the 20 currently displayed five-...3 Already exists
