Ability to "mention" a coworker in Notes section of Actions
Would like to be able to @ a coworker in the Action Notes section and have them be able to see that (somehow) on their Work Center, without adding them as a full Action Assignee0

Add new 'type' in Notes & Actions and 'category' in Custom Fields
It would be useful to be able to add a new type under Notes and Actions, and a new category in Custom Fields. At the moment this needs to be done in the database view. Having this functionality in webview would speed up the process.1
