Currently in RENXT a constituent must be marked as a fundraiser in order to assign them to an action. However, we have many non-advancement staff or faculty members that take part of important meetings and can not accurately reflect their role in the action. Having a participants field available in actions would better reflect the roles in meetings with faculty. I know this was an available option in the CRM product and one that is missing from NXT.
