When clicking on # Actions in a constituent's profile page, you're taken to a list of all actions, which is handy. However, it would be useful to also include a column for the Action Notes field, preferable expanded to view the whole note.0

Add new 'type' in Notes & Actions and 'category' in Custom Fields
