Currently the only way to track attempts to reach a constituent is to add a new action for each attempt to reach. This really clutters the donor file and makes the list of actions much to large

We currently use the "custom field" within the action to track each attempt. The problem with this is that there is no way to create a report showing the number and type of attempts.

There should be a way to track this that can be easily pulled up in a report so I can see the level of effort in reaching out to constituents before they are moved to Annual Fund, etc
