Allow the option of making recurring gifts the default on donation forms.
On NXT donations forms, a one time gift is the default, and this cannot be changed. Organizations should be able to select which is the default - one time or recurring.1

Move New Constituent Entry above the bar with Search for Constituent
The Home tab is generally alien territory for any user with a Work tab. It feels like a strange place to go to enter a new constituent. Perhaps one of those unidentified space in the new navigation bar is reserved for this. I hope so.0
