Currently, there is limited filtering capabilities in the different segments under Lists and some of us are attempting to use this function to display information for our gift officers to act upon. In our shop, gift officers are routinely asked to identify their top 10 prospects and speak to the progress being made. It would be useful to us to be able to show a list of those top 10 prospects. However, we can only do a top prospect list by ratings, gifts, or other set criteria in the filtering section. In many cases, top prospects in a portfolio are not the top-rated prospects. Our gift officers would like to be able to add whomever they wish to a custom list as a "top prospect" list to enhance prospect management meetings and performance review meetings.
