Put "Add Constituent" on the main navigation instead of Home page
We have been adding a list of new constituents and it would be extremely helpful if the "Add Constituent" button was on the main navigation instead of the Home Page. It it seems like an awkward place to put this function.0

Add more date options under "Analysis"
It'd be nice to have the ability to put in a starting date and then check a "to date" range so it stays current. Also add an option for "Last Calendar Year".2

Eliminate 50 character limit for Custom Field Comments

Filter open actions by pending, ongoing etc
We can filter actions in workcentre by open, past due or completed, but open includes all open actions, like those marked open but pending or ongoing. I'd like a way to just see open actions, not those pending, so that I know which I need to actio...0
