Add fax number to the list of phone types viewable on NXT

Fax numbers of constituent records are not currently viewable in NXT. If a constituent has a fax number in their record in Raiser's Edge, nothing shows up in NXT.

Fax numbers are still relevant in some areas, so it would be helpful if the information from DV was moved to NXT before closing DV. Thank you.

I see this issue was brought up three years ago and it's still not been addressed? I would think it would have been relatively simple to update considering it would be another contact table similar to how they split out and added emails to NXT.
