Do not allow batch number to be re-used in web view
Have had deleted batch numbers reused for new batches in RE NXT. Each batch number should be unique and reuse of number not allowed. This can cause all kinds of issues if trying to track gifts by batch #.1

Total amount of giving per donor within a 12 month period
