Title and other fields option to require

We are a healthcare facility and have numerous military vets, doctors, and others with varying titles and suffixes. The title field should include an option for the organization to require the donor to enter that field. We are doing way too much time-wasting research to find the information.

    Samantha,

    We actually use both. Online express is used for our employee payroll deduction sign-ups because the online donation forms don't include the "Bill me later" payment option.

    I think the title needs to be a field option for NXT online donation forms and it needs to be an optional requirement.

    Also - you can make fields required by going into the form designer (second tab when you add/edit a form), clicking onto the element (like address or a custom field) and selecting the checkbox for required.

    Hi Whitney, can you confirm if you are using the Online Express donation form or the NXT donation form? The NXT donation form doesn't offer a title field, so I suspect you're using Online Express but want to confirm before I move this over to the appropriate Idea bank.
