This is extremely important for GDPR in the UK. I've just rolled out Optimised Donation Form on our main donate button on the website and I've noticed people are skipping the consent section, and it also says if you leave it blank we will use your previous options or something like that, I'd prefer to make the donor untick the options if they didn't want to receive communication. Also where does soft opt-in come in with this? At the moment a new donor or lapsed donor can give a gift and not select consent options... This doesn't work for us.
