Automatically soft-credit spouse/Soft-credit relationships - NXT
I noticed that my RE rule to automatically check the "soft credit this spouse" does not work in NXT and also that there is no option to enable that in NXT for spouse's, individuals and organizations. Will this be added soon?4

NXT Emails to have a "View this email in your browser" URL Link

Have the action that is applied be linked to an opportunity (based on whatever parameters the applied List pulls). Or auto apply to the open Opportunity in the record0

Add Organization Name as a stand alone column
All fields should be displayable in NXT lists. All fields should also be filterable. For example there is no way to display Organization as a standalone column in a list.1

Add a status field for the action for workflow designer
