I would love a guide that says if you need to give some one access to actions these boxes need to be checked and these roles. Same for gift processing something that would give a starting point for various common roles2

Enable administrators to see all who are logged in and log them out individually or all at the same time.
Administrators should do some functions, per KnowledgeBase, with no one else logged in. But we can't see if anyone is logged in.0
