Donors coded as Do Not Contact (solicit code) should be filtered out of Prospect Insights. They may have given a large gift in the past, but the Solicit Code indicates they no longer want to be contacted. We shouldn't have to disqualify them one by one - along with their spouse, when they are properly coded.
