Do not round gifts

Do not round individual gifts or gift totals. We need to have exact amounts for donors and for business office and audit reports. This particularly pertains to stock gifts or split gifts.

    We need to create Contribution Year End Statements and the amounts we show on this statement must be the exact amount; otherwise it is not a true statement for the donors.
