I do understand that you wanted to know whether the pledges with payment information and schedule can be done via batch or not in RENXT webview with new feature of batch grid view. Am I correct?

We have about 1200 pledges we are going to have to process and there will be a variety of pledge schedules - monthly, quarterly, etc. The RE batch allows you to set the schedule for the batch so that every entry in the batch will have the same schedule, but don't see that functionality in the new NXT grid batchRead • 9:52 AM

Got it - similar question with that functionality eventually coming online. We have all of this data saved in the system so ideally would not need to be retyping it each time. Our school does an annual parent commitment so book new pledges each year but for many families they keep the same bank or card information so can just apply that to the pledge.Read • 10:02 AM

I highly recommend adding this idea to our idea bank for RENXT. This is the first place our engineers and programmers look to before working on new projects to make this software better! Yes, you are correct. In order to get this checked internally I would need this idea in idea bank. When ever you get time, please add this idea to the idea bank. After that please share the idea so that I can raise a request and confirm of this functionality.
