Opt out of creating a new constituent on entry

When a donor adds an Org name &/or Tribute name to their gift, Raiser's Edge REQUIRES us to create a record for the tribute &/or Org before importing the gift. More often than not, this is not neccesary. Either the donor adds themselves as a company by mistake or they enter a tribute such as "This gift is in honor of all the children of the world." RE would require a tribute record to be created in this instance. We should be able to opt out of that requirement.

    YES!! This is so frustrating, especially when the tribute record already exists in RE. And when someone passes away and we get a slew of memorial gifts I shouldn't have to delete a ton of new records created for a tribute that already existed to begin with and relink them all. Such a waste of time.
