Add ability for Relationships to NOT be reciprocated

When adding a relationship to an Individual record for an Organizational relationship, allow us to not reciprocate the relationship within the Organization record. Organization records can have many relationships but are not necessary to be shown within the Org record. Currently in the database view, we are asked if we would like to reciprocate the relationship. Having this option in NXT would be very helpful.

    Agree! We absolutely need this option. We don't reciprocate many of our relationships with Orgs. We are trying to switch to webview as much as possible, but still NEED to go into database view for this. If it isn't planned as part of the transition, what is the option for this once the database view is phased out?
