A week ago, our office could quickly scan the appeals module and see which of several emails were being used and when, when clicks occurred, what msgs bounced, etc. Sometimes we'd have to look at several pages since only five appeals are shown, but it was quick and easy. Now, to view this data, each email appeal must be opened using the down arrow. Even this morning, I tried to see the last time an email was opened by a constituent, and it was brutal. If there are 20+ pages, to say this is laborious and a huge time waster would be an understatement. Can you please return this pertinent data to the main screen?
