Address properties need to be available in NXT webview

When records are merged with two different addresses, we need the ability to review the address properties to determine which one is most recent. Currently, this requires going back into database view to get the information, but without database view, it would require doing extra online research to determine which one to keep. In webview, 'View Details' only replicates the addresses already shown under contact information and is not helpful.

    Address properties matter because they're the only record of when and how an address was added or changed, and that context is essential for judging which one is current. This is especially critical during merges, where you're often comparing two addresses with no other way to tell which is accurate. Right now this information is only available in Database View, but with DV being retired in summer 2027, this needs a home in NXT before that access disappears entirely.
