Allow a way to review and approve | Ideas for Raiser's Edge NXT

Allow a way to review and approve updates on EXISTING constituents who submit an Online Constituent Form, rather than adding a record for the submitter.

Would be great if this worked like Online Express, to obtain updated information on existing constituents.
