Allow a way to review and approve updates on EXISTING constituents who submit an Online Constituent Form, rather than adding a record for the submitter.
Would be great if this worked like Online Express, to obtain updated information on existing constituents.

This exists today. Constituent Forms uses the same Online Data Review tool that donation forms does. Under Gifts --> Overview (location will be moving in the future) - on the right side bottom menu you'll see an option to set your Online Data Review settings.
This is by default set to automatic matching. Set this instead to review matches.
When this set to review matches, new Constituent Form submissions will show up in the Needs Attention area on the Gifts Overview page. In this tool you can filter to Constituent Form submissions and check recommended matches, search on your own or choose to create a new constituent. If an existing constituent is selected the tool will walk you through any profile changes so you can review/change/accept.
