Add Pay Type field to non "One Time" gift entries.

Currently (in Database View) if I enter a single gift into a constituent record and select In Kind as the gift type I can add the custom reference code to the "Other" Gift type - screen shot provided. In web-view this field doesn't not exist and I've been told there are no plans for it to exist.
