We check each record for bio information against a pledge card or other donation device and each batch line you have to open up the constituent record using the icon next to the constituent name, cons window pops up on the right, if you click any where in the batch the cons window disappears. Having to click the icon each line to get the window to open is tedious. It would be great if the constituent window had a feature to have it stay in place as you work through your batch.
