When adding an action in web/unified view, the search fields for Assign To (Fundraiser), Campaign, and Fund only pulls from active records for each of those types. There is no "include inactive" option like there is in db view.

While most actions are attributed to active fundraisers/campaigns/funds, there are times when information is being added historically and web view doesn't allow this in the same way that db view does.
